Order PullerLocation: Edmond, OK
Pay: $15.00/hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-HireAvailable Schedules (Must Be Able to Work One):
  • Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Tuesday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    Overtime may be required based on customer demand.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Puller to support warehouse operations by accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities Order Picking
  • Pull customer orders using hand-held scanners, RF scan guns, or pick lists
  • Verify product numbers, quantities, and condition for accuracy
  • Use manual pallet jacks or other material-handling equipment as needed
Order Preparation
  • Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipment
  • Label packages accurately with shipping information
  • Complete required shipping and order documentation
  • Perform quality checks to ensure orders are complete and correct
Inventory Support
  • Report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items
  • Assist with stock replenishment in picking locations
  • Support basic inventory organization and staging
Safety & Teamwork
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding order or inventory issues
Required Qualifications 
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1! years of previous warehouse or order pulling experience required
  • Experience using RF scanners, pick tickets, or warehouse systems required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
  • Basic math skills (counting, verifying quantities)
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work assigned schedule and overtime as needed
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Indoor warehouse or distribution center
  • Repetitive motion and continuous standing/walking
  • Exposure to varying temperatures and moderate noise levels
  • Fast-paced environment with daily productivity expectations
