We are looking for an accounting clerk. You will be helping a company that has support professionals that go into the homes providing quality services to people intellectual disabilities and providing community-based services.
Computer and technology savvy with Excel and Data entry. I must understand the concept of filing alphabetically and like to do lots of filing. accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Accounting job responsibilities include filing, data entry and scanning into client files. Placing phone calls to research bills or resolve accounting questions and/or irregularities and researching and retrieving information from old client files.
We want to find someone who loves to smile, be punctual, friendly, and dress is business casual. The pay rate is $18/hr.
This opportunity is a temp to hire position, and they offer amazing benefits! Monday - Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm (1 hour lunch)
