Job Description

Accounts Receivable, Invoicing & Collections SpecialistJoin a stable, growing manufacturing company where accuracy, follow-through, and customer service matter.We are seeking a highly organized Accounts Receivable, Invoicing & Collections Specialist to manage daily customer billing, payment follow-up, credit review support, and AR reporting. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys detail-oriented accounting work, clear communication with customers, and helping keep cash flow on track.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare, review, and send accurate customer invoices in a timely manner
  2. Manage daily Accounts Receivable activity, including payment posting, account updates, and customer follow-up
  3. Contact customers regarding past-due balances in a professional, service-oriented manner
  4. Research and resolve billing questions, short payments, credits, and account discrepancies
  5. Assist with customer credit reviews, credit approvals, and account terms
  6. Prepare and send customer statements on a regular schedule
  7. Maintain accurate AR notes, collection status updates, and follow-up dates
  8. Support cash application, bank deposit review, and reconciliation-related tasks as needed
  9. Provide AR aging updates, collection priorities, and cash flow visibility to company leadership
  10. Work collaboratively with outside accounting partners and internal teams to keep financial records accurate and current
Required Qualifications & Skills
  1. 2+ years of Accounts Receivable, invoicing, collections, or related accounting experience
