Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day office operations and general administrative support.• Manage HR processes: recruiting, onboarding, benefits enrollment, employee relations, and offboarding.• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws, safety requirements, and company policies.• Administer and assist with benefits programs.• Assist with organizing company events, training, and employee recognition programs.• Serve as a liaison between employees and management for HR-related inquiries.• Assist with company payroll processing.• Manage customer contracts, including payment schedules, invoicing, and record management.• Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned. Qualifications: • Proven experience in HR, office management, or related administrative roles.• Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and confidentiality requirements.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; approachable and professional demeanor.• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).• Minimum 3 years of experience in a combined HR and administrative role.• Ability to maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.• Familiarity with OSHA, FMLA, workers comp, and basic employment law (preferred).• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Work Environment: • Standard office setting with occasional interaction on shop floor or production areas.• May require occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.) or walking across the facility.• Position is on-site during regular business hours. Safety Sensitive Role requires ability to pass drug screen
