Job Summary:
As a Receptionist/Admin Support, you will be the friendly face and first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of clerical and office management tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Maintain and organize office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative duties as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the management team and other departments
- Contribute to the overall positive and productive work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Working Conditions:
This position is based in an office environment with primarily sedentary work. Occasional light lifting and physical activity may be required.
