Assembly - Day Shift
Join our dynamic team a leading manufacturer of innovative air cooling solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled Assembly professional to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly of various components and products, including bundle/exchanger assembly and hand/small parts assembly. Your attention to detail and dexterity will be essential as you work to ensure the high-quality production of our industry-leading products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and products according to established procedures and specifications
- Perform bundle/exchanger assembly tasks with precision and care
- Conduct hand/small parts assembly with a keen eye for detail
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to support efficient production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
- Experience in assembly-focused roles, particularly in the manufacturing or industrial sector
- Proficiency in bundle/exchanger assembly and hand/small parts assembly
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and blueprints
- Commitment to upholding safety standards and quality control measures
Working Conditions:
- Shift schedule: Day Shift M-F 6am - 4:30pm + Saturdays as needed.(most Saturdays are required)
- Physical demands may include standing for extended periods, light lifting, and repetitive motions
- Work environment is a production facility with appropriate safety measures in place
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of $18.60 per hour
