Job Description
A Production Assembler is responsible for assembling axles and related components while maintaining high safety and quality standards in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and a strong work ethic.Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble axles and components according to specifications.
- Verify measurements and part specifications for accuracy.
- Follow shop floor procedures to ensure quality output.
- Report material shortages or substitutions to supervisors.
- Adhere to schedules and complete tasks on time.
- Identify and report any issues or quality concerns.
- Rework axles as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Promote teamwork and a positive work atmosphere.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Certification in assembly (or actively completing certification).
- Attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (or until finished)
- Pay: $19.75/hour
