Job Description

Starting Pay: $18/HR DOESchedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm. Weekends off!
Qualifications/Experience desired:This position requires a dependable individual who is capable of assembling and testing engine components and sub-assemblies that meet or exceed quality and production specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Will be bolting enclosure panels together.
  • Must be able to read instructions and assemble parts together – concept is compared to putting together Ikea furniture
  • Previous hand tool experience 
  • Good attendance
  • Willing to assist in other departments if needed

Qualification/Requirements: 
  1. Must have a high school diploma or GED
  2. Mechanical knowledge required
  3. Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manual
  4. Ability to interpret technical instructions in diagram form
  5. Organizational skills (multi-tasking ability)
  6. Experienced using hand-tools
  7. Business maturity, a positive attitude and a professional demeanor
  8. This person must be dependable and conscientious
  9. Individual needs to show initiative and willingness to cooperate as a team member
Physical Demands:
  1. Regularly required to stand, sit, walk, bend, reach, twist and lift up to 50 pounds.
  2. Fine finger manipulation

Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
