Assembly Team Lead
Job Description
The RoleThe Assembly Team Lead leads the final assembly of our products on the day shift and owns what the team produces. Reporting to the Materials & Logistics Supervisor, you run daily execution across two lanes, develop a team of four operators along a defined path from Level 1 to SME, and own the quality that leaves the department before it ships.What You Will Own• Daily execution, labor allocation, material readiness, and the flow of work between stations and toward packaging.• Assembly quality as the final internal control point: complete units built right, nonconforming caught at the station, rework and rejection to target.• Developing four operators along the roadmap, onboarding to the standard, and running the 90-day ramp.• Accurate job clocking in and out of the department, reconciled in NetSuite.Who We Are Looking ForLeadership capability; is the non-negotiable, and for this seat it is inseparable from alignment with our mission and principles.What We Look For What That MeansLeadership Demonstrated team building and people development, brought to the role.Systems and quality Fluency in Microsoft 365, NetSuite, and the Manufacturing App, with a quality-first standard aligned to ISO 9001.Command of the work Reads prints, BOMs, and work instructions, and commands the manufacturing paperwork on every order.Character Integrity, accountability, and humility; steady under pressure.What We OfferOffer DetailPay $49,920 to $62,400 per year, Team Lead band, exempt and salaried.
