Job Description
Fluent Bi-Lingual Responsible for providng exceptional customer service to company distributors.Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, delivering support through various communication channels.Will handle shipping inquiries, marketing and compensation questions, order processing, product inquiries, product returns, and event and promotion issues.
Non-traditional working hours will including rotating Saturday shifts.
10am - 7pm CST hours.
$17/hr
Previous experience in a customer service role within the network marketing industry is preferred.
Experience with order processing systems.
