CNC Machine Operator

Job Description

Join our team as a CNC Machine Operator and apply your skills to producing high-precision components. Your primary responsibility will be operating our CNC water jet machine, with an additional opportunity to work with advanced industrial 3D printing equipment (if applicable). If you are detail-oriented, hands-on, and committed to delivering exceptional quality, this role offers the chance to showcase your expertise on a global aerospace manufacturing stage.
What You’ll Do:
  • Read & interpret engineering drawings and convert them into water jet cutting files.
  • Inspect finished parts using measuring and inspection tools to ensure specification compliance.
  • Identify and troubleshoot production issues to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on water jet machines and related equipment.
  • Load and unload materials using forklifts and booms.
  • Recognize and work with various materials, sizes, and thicknesses.
  • Support other fabrication team members when necessary.
  • Operate 3D printing machines (potential opportunity if applicable).
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 3–5 years of CNC machinery operation experience (CNC cutting machinery experience preferred).
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with FLOW, AutoCAD, Nesting, or similar software.
  • Strong organizational skills for planning work and maintaining digital files.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility to assist in other departments when needed.
  • Fabrication and assembly experience/skills are a plus.
