CNC Mill/Lathe Machinist
Location: Pryor, OK

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill/Lathe Machinist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating both CNC milling and turning equipment to manufacture a variety of complex metal parts and components. Your expertise in computer-controlled machining will be essential to ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and quality of our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, program, and operate CNC milling and turning machines to produce parts to tight tolerances
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other specifications to determine the appropriate machining processes and parameters
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a CNC Operator, with proficiency in operating both CNC mills and CNC lathes
- Strong understanding of CNC programming, tooling, and machining techniques
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred
Working Conditions:
The schedule is typically 40 hours per week, with some potential for overtime as needed to meet production demands. The work involves standing for extended periods, lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs, and exposure to noise, vibration, and other typical machining shop conditions.
