Job Title: CNC Operator / Order Processor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Operator / Order Processor to support both manufacturing and order fulfillment operations. This dual-role position is responsible for operating CNC machinery, producing quality parts, and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be organized, mechanically inclined, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

First shift starting pay is $17.00

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Operator / Order Processor to support both manufacturing and order fulfillment operations. This dual-role position is responsible for operating CNC machinery, producing quality parts, and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be organized, mechanically inclined, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications
- Read blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
- Inspect finished products using measuring tools to ensure quality standards
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance
- Process customer orders accurately in the company systems
- Verify order details, inventory availability, and shipping information
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and shipping departments
- Maintain accurate production and order records
- Communicate any production delays, defects, or order discrepancies
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous CNC operation or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with order processing, inventory, or data entry is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Manufacturing and warehouse environment
- May require overtime or flexible hours based on production demands
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
- Basic math and mechanical aptitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
