- Operate CNC routers and related production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials and secure materials properly for cutting.
- Read and follow work orders, drawings, and production specifications.
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
- Make basic machine adjustments as needed.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and production standards.
- Meet daily production and quality requirements.
- Previous CNC router or CNC machine operating experience preferred.
- Ability to read measurements and use basic measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
- Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
- Status: Temp-to-Perm
