Job Description
Position: Company Trainer
Overview:
As a Company Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs focused on the company’s products and services for both internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure that all training initiatives are effective, engaging, and aligned with company standards and goals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership and department heads to identify training needs and schedule appropriate sessions.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to access resources and facilitate necessary tools and solutions.
Develop and implement new training strategies, processes, and enhancements to existing programs.
Ensure adherence to established company procedures and quality standards during all training activities.
Create systems to monitor employee performance and ensure responsibilities are carried out according to training.
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Ensure all employees understand and comply with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations.
Provide onboarding support, guidance, and mentoring to new employees.
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive training environment.
Previous manufacturing experience required; experience in the valve manufacturing industry preferred.
Familiarity with oil and gas industry standards, concepts, practices, and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2–4 years of relevant training experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency with ERP systems.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Must reside in the Oklahoma City area — this is not a remote position.
