Customer Service/Dispatch - $17 - $21/hr DOE
Will convert inbound inquiries to work orders and also responsible for making outbound calls to existing customers as needed. Requirements:Available to work evenings and weekends remotely if neededProfessional and empathetic phone demeanorOutstanding communication and organizational skills, as well as attention to detailAbility to handle customer requests efficiently and effectivelySolution oriented with the ability to remain patientStrong, applicable knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word and ExcelMust be able to pass a drug screen and background check
