Job Summary:
As a Class A Hydro Tube Rolling Department Night Shift worker, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for the assembly, testing, and quality control of our advanced air cooling products, utilizing your technical expertise and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and test bundle/exchanger components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Operate specialized tube rolling and hydro-testing equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, tape measures, and other technical documents
- Demonstrated skills in bundle/exchanger assembly, tube rolling, and hydro-testing
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
Working Conditions:
This position requires working a night shift schedule. The work environment involves operating machinery and equipment in a manufacturing setting, which may include exposure to noise, vibrations, and other physical demands. Appropriate personal protective equipment will be provided.
Compensation and Benefits:
The target pay rate for this position is $26.40 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and opportunities for professional development.
