Job Description
We are looking for a bilingual receptionist with excel experience and speaks and writes Spanish for a boutique office in Broken Arrow!
You will be checking the mail daily and answering telephones. You will be processing timesheets and spreadsheets. There will be some filing and organizing. You will also be pulling invoices and printing out invoices. There will be light cleaning in kitchen and stocking daily at the end of the day. Starting out at $18.00 an hour full time. Drug testing and background check a must before starting. 7:30 to 5 Mon thru Thursday with an hour lunch.8 to 3 on Friday with an hour lunch.
