Location: Downtown Tulsa

The Commercial Account Manager supports clients by managing service needs, making account changes, and maintaining high-quality service standards. This position assists Producers/Account Executives in handling new and renewal commercial business, ensuring efficient processing, and meeting service and sales goals.Essential Functions:

The Commercial Account Manager supports clients by managing service needs, making account changes, and maintaining high-quality service standards. This position assists Producers/Account Executives in handling new and renewal commercial business, ensuring efficient processing, and meeting service and sales goals.Essential Functions:
- Complete and submit applications for new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy.
- Coordinate with producers to prepare proposals and submit applications to carriers.
- Perform policy rating and calculate premiums using carrier systems.
- Issue binders, invoices, endorsements, certificates, and policies as needed.
- Handle policy audits, cancellations, and discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain client correspondence, follow-up on pending orders, and keep organized files.
- Process cancellations and work to retain accounts as necessary.
- Assist clients, respond to inquiries, and refer business to other departments as needed.
- Participate in training and stay updated on industry standards and underwriting guidelines.
- Strong knowledge of rating procedures, coverage, and insurance markets.
- Proficient in agency management systems and PC applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Property and Casualty license required.
- 2-4 years of account management experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or industry designations (CPCU, CIC) preferred.
- Office-based, fast-paced environment with occasional physical tasks (lifting up to 20 lbs).
- Requires regular use of computer workstations, including keyboard and video display.
