Criminal Records Researcher
Job Description
Monday thru Friday 8a-5p schedule
Preferred experience with criminal records, court systems, legal terminology, background screening, compliance or records research
$20-$25/hr based on experience Research and verify criminal records through various court systems
Review cases and accurately document relevant information
Contact court personnel to verify case information when neededEnter and maintain accurate data in multiple systemsHandle phone calls, emails, and follow-up communications
Collect and test urine specimens for pre-employment screening
Strong Word/Excel/data entry skills
Comfortable working in a small office environment
Able to research, interpret and verify information accurately
Strong communicator with good customer service skills#ZR
