Customer Service Admin
Job Description
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Location: In-office
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service & Administrative Support Specialist to assist with outbound calls, order follow-ups, identity/verification checks, and general business support tasks. This is a part-time role ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a professional office environment.
Position SummaryThe Customer Service & Administrative Support Specialist will handle outbound communication, basic data entry, spreadsheet work, order checks, and general office tasks as assigned. Strong computer skills—especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook—are essential. This role begins part-time with the potential for additional hours depending on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound customer service calls for status updates, verification, and ID confirmation
- Follow up on pending orders, documentation, and customer requests
- Perform basic spreadsheet entry and updates in Excel
- Review and check orders for accuracy and completion
- Manage email communication using Outlook
- Assist with general administrative tasks and light office support
- Maintain accurate notes, logs, and documentation
- Provide a positive and professional customer experience on every interaction
- Strong computer skills, including:
- Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, sorting/filtering, data entry)
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Word
- Prior customer service or office support experience preferred
- Professional communication skills (phone and email)
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work on-site consistently Tuesday–Thursday
- Part-time, in-office
- Tuesday–Thursday
- 4–6 hours per day
- $16.00 per hour
