Reports to: Customer Service ManagerJob Summary:We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will act as a liaison between our company and our customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable handling inquiries, complaints, and support issues across various channels.Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and finding the best solution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Patience and empathy in dealing with challenging situations.
- 8:30 am-5 pm- Monday through Friday
