Customer Support Specialist Oklahoma City, OKMonday–Friday | Day Shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)$15.00 per Hour | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
We're seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join a growing team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries through email communication, resolving order issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.If you're organized, computer-savvy, and enjoy solving problems, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
We're seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join a growing team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries through email communication, resolving order issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.If you're organized, computer-savvy, and enjoy solving problems, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries primarily through email
- Process customer claims involving damaged, defective, or lost shipments
- Research and resolve order issues accurately and professionally
- Enter and update customer information in company systems
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet quality, productivity, and response time expectations
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of customer service, administrative, or office experience
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Strong written communication and grammar
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude with excellent attention to detail
- Previous e-commerce, retail, logistics, or order processing experience is a plus
- Experience with claims, returns, or shipping issues is helpful but not required
- Monday – Friday
- Day Shift
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
