Job Description

Customer Service RepresentativePay: $17.10/hour Temp to HireSchedule: 8AM - 5PM Monday - Friday
We're looking for a friendly, problem-solving Customer Service Representative who enjoys turning questions into solutions and creating great customer experiences. If you're a great communicator, can juggle multiple tasks like a pro, and aren't afraid of a busy day, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You'll Do
  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional, upbeat call center environment.
  • Help customers by resolving questions, troubleshooting issues, and finding the best solutions.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction.
  • Keep detailed records while navigating multiple computer systems.
  • Make every customer feel heard, valued, and appreciated.
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience required.
  • 2+ years of call center customer service experience is a big plus.
  • Strong computer skills, including 10-key proficiency (testing required).
  • Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding people skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
  • The ability to stay calm, focused, and professional during high-volume periods.
