Job Description
Entry-Level Sales Representative (Full-Time, On-Site)Our client is currently hiring for an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join their growing team. This is a full-time, on-site position offering paid training, competitive compensation, and opportunities for performance-based bonuses.Previous sales experience is not required, though experience handling outbound calls is preferred. Comprehensive training and product knowledge will be provided on the job. Our client is seeking motivated, self-driven individuals who can work independently, remain positive, and are focused on achieving success.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients
- Utilize, maintain, and continuously improve sales and communication techniques
- Call leads from a database and research potential prospects
- Generate sales through outbound telemarketing campaigns, including manual internet leads
- Set appointments and/or close sales with clients
- Meet or exceed weekly sales targets established by management
- Educate customers and recommend products tailored to their needs
- Establish new accounts by organizing and managing a daily calling schedule
- Prepare quotes and submit orders using pricing and product materials
- Keep management informed by submitting daily activity and results reports
- Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible scheduling may be available)

- Base pay of $15/hour plus bi-weekly bonuses
- Earning potential: $15–$23 per hour with bonuses
- Example: $20/hour average = $41,600 annually
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional presentation and networking skills
- Confident, goal-oriented mindset with a “hunter” mentality
- Proven ability to prospect and meet sales goals
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Clear, professional speaking voice
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Must pass a background check
- Prior professional experience preferred
- Strong communication skills required
- No formal education requirements
