Job Description

Job Description: Document Control for Air Coolers from order entry through completion, including: 
  1. Compiling Vendor Drawing Requirements Listings per customer specifications.
  2. Compiling, submitting, and tracking drawing and documentation packages for customers. 
  3. Accessing and navigating customer document control portals
  4. Communicating with customer document control to ensure timely return of reviewed documents and resolve problems with submitting/retrieving documents
  5. Directing customer comments appropriately to Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Quality Control, and Scheduling
  6. Preparation, coordination, and submittal of final documentation and Data Packages per customer requirements
Position Requirements: Proficiency with handling Excel, Word, and PDF files; ability to learn to use various document control portals
