Job Title: Forklift Operator
Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other equipment to move materials around our facilities in a safe and efficient manner. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth warehouse operations and supporting our logistics and supply chain processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other equipment to move materials around our facilities in a safe and efficient manner. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth warehouse operations and supporting our logistics and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport materials.
- Move stock to and from loading docks, storage areas, and delivery vehicles.
- Ensure accurate documentation of inventory movements.
- Inspect machinery daily and report any maintenance or safety issues.
- Comply with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, such as picking, packing, and labeling products.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift certification/license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Proven experience as a forklift operator (typically 1-2 years preferred).
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime or weekends if required.
- Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., WMS).
- Knowledge of various types of forklifts (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks).
- Fast-paced warehouse or industrial setting.
- Exposure to noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures.
- Temp to Hire starting at $16.00
