Job Description

GL Accountant - 50K-60K+ DOEFamily owned business location in Claremore is seeking a highly motivated Accountant with a strong Sage Intacct background.
he candidate would be responsible for the charting of G/L accounts, audits, and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate would have a strong background in chart of accounts and would be motivated to complete work in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
  1. To review and chart monthly G/L reconciliations for multiple companies.
  2. Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements and provide to owners in a monthly timeline.
  3. Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  4. Balance bank reconciliation of multiple accounts daily.
  5. Collaborate and work with other team members that process accounts payable, taxes, and payroll.
  6. Ability to backup and support other team member if absent.  
  7. Provide support to senior management on financial matters as required.
  8. Must be able to save and record all documents in Sage Intacct for digital record keeping.
 Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the accounting field
  3. Strong background in GL chart of accounts
  4. Strong Experience with Sage Intacct
  5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  6. Ability to work well within a team environment
  7. Strong time management
