In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the strategic and operational aspects of the company's human resources function. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's growth and success by developing and implementing effective HR policies, programs, and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's business objectives
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Ensure the company's HR practices and policies are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities
- Continuously monitor and improve HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR management role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies and initiatives
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in HR-related software and systems
