Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role is a direct hire and role plays a critical part in ensuring the company’s culture and values are championed while supporting the organization’s growth.

- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to interviewing, hiring and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and mediate conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems and provide coaching and support to managers.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation structures, manage benefits programs, and ensure competitive and fair employee packages.
- HR Policies: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to promote a productive and inclusive workplace.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to foster employee engagement, satisfaction and retention.
- HR Metrics: Track and analyze HR metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management or another related field
- + 5 years’ experience in HR
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification
