HVAC Technician
Job Description
The HVAC Field Service Expert is responsible for delivering exceptional service,
diagnosing heating and cooling issues, presenting solutions, and completing work
according to Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role requires
strong technical skill, excellent communication, and strict adherence to company
processes.
This document outlines the core expectations for the role. Additional duties may be
assigned as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
DAILY EXPECTATIONS
Professionalism & Readiness
• Arrive at your scheduled job well groomed, in proper uniform, and ready to Win
The Day by 7:00 AM.
• Call your first customer the evening before to confirm the appointment and ensure
you can arrive by 7:00 AM.
• Check in with dispatch if required.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• HVAC experience required; licensing/certifications as required by state law
(Journeyman)
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs and company processes
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and materials
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Commitment to Company culture of integrity, respect, and excellenceCORE COMPETENCIES
