Location: Catoosa, OK

Job Summary:
As a Header Welder, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, utilizing your specialized welding expertise to assemble and fabricate critical components. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless production of our industry-leading products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality welding on box headers and other specialized components using MIG and Flux-Core welding techniques
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate and precise welding
- Operate and maintain welding equipment in accordance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and identify process improvements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient and safe operations
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Header Welder or similar specialized welding role
- Proficiency in MIG and Flux-Core welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire position based in our manufacturing facility. The work environment involves exposure to noise, heat, and various industrial hazards, so the ability to work safely in a dynamic production setting is essential. Occasional overtime may be required to meet production demands.
