The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Support professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your HR experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing files, records, and documentation
- Assist with HR-related tasks and processes, such as onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Perform general office and clerical duties, including data entry, scheduling, and correspondence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective HR operations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar clerical/office role
- Strong proficiency in administrative and office management skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of HR-related processes and procedures, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time, office-based position with a typical 40-hour work week. The work environment is a comfortable, climate-controlled office setting.
