Job Description
Industrial Painter 2nd shift 2-Years experience $20.00 to $24.00 DOE. I am currently working 10-hour days Monday through Saturday.
- Operates cleaning equipment and prepares equipment for painting.
- HVLP ability to rebuild and use paint pressure pots, conventional paint gun.
- (No airless, no Electrostatic gun, no cup gun, no gravity paint sprayer).
- Ability to mix all types of paint systems.
- Carboline IDP, Sherwin Williams, PPG- IDP, Epoxy, Urethane, Industrial paint. (No residential)
- Operate sandblast equipment.
- Masks and feathers are old paint in preparation for new paint. Must have knowledge of required tools and maintenance care.
- Completes Dry Film Thickness (DFT) readings, Psychrometer readings and Surface Temperature readings.
- Follows all relevant HSSE guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions.
- Verify paint thickness and blast anchor patterns.
- Requires frequent operation of heavy equipment such as forklift and scissor lift.
