We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Investment Accounting Specialist to join our finance team in Tulsa. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a strong understanding of investment accounting, cash balancing, and financial reporting. This position requires a high level of accuracy, analytical ability, and a proactive approach to managing financial data and investment activity.Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Investment Accounting Specialist to join our finance team in Tulsa. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a strong understanding of investment accounting, cash balancing, and financial reporting. This position requires a high level of accuracy, analytical ability, and a proactive approach to managing financial data and investment activity.Key Responsibilities
- Enter daily stock trades into the online blotter and Access database.
- Record and maintain accurate trade data in Excel spreadsheets and submit reports to custodians.
- Import daily closing data and run stock performance reports using Access.
- Monitor corporate actions and stock movements to ensure data integrity and timely updates.
- Maintain and reconcile daily cash sheets, cash balances, and trust statements.
- Conduct research and analysis on potential stock investments and market trends.
- Evaluate investment performance and prepare monthly profit comparisons with external money managers, including Bank of America, Wells Fargo, JPMorgan, Capital Advisors, and private equity representatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access; experience with online trading platforms and investment reporting systems a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 – $75,000, based on experience.
