We are seeking a detail-oriented LTL Clerk / Shipping Coordinator to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for picking and staging orders, preparing shipments, creating Bills of Lading, coordinating freight pickups, and ensuring products are shipped accurately and on time.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or inventory experience who enjoys working with both physical inventory and computer systems.

We are seeking a detail-oriented LTL Clerk / Shipping Coordinator to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for picking and staging orders, preparing shipments, creating Bills of Lading, coordinating freight pickups, and ensuring products are shipped accurately and on time.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or inventory experience who enjoys working with both physical inventory and computer systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
- Create and process Bills of Lading (BOLs)
- Verify quantities, weights, measurements, and shipping information
- Perform shipping and receiving transactions within the ERP system
- Coordinate freight pickups with carriers and drivers
- Communicate shipment details and special freight requirements
- Load, organize, and secure products for shipment
- Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material handling equipment
- Utilize tools such as chop saws, banders, and pneumatic nail guns for shipping preparation
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report shortages, overages, or discrepancies
- Keep shipping and storage areas organized and clean
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse best practices
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, inventory, or manufacturing experience required
- Experience creating or working with Bills of Lading preferred
- Comfortable using computers, scanners, tablets, and ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to accurately count, measure, and record inventory
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment
