Assembly Technician – 3rd ShiftLocation: Oklahoma City, OK**
Schedule:

Schedule:
- Sunday: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
- Monday–Thursday: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM
- Friday: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
(Overtime or additional hours may be required based on production needs.)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly, disassembly, installation, and inspection of parts and sub-assemblies.
- Read and accurately interpret tape measures, micrometers, blueprints, BOMs, and process documents.
- Produce coils and related assemblies to meet quality and production standards.
- Operate equipment including:
- Vacuum pumps
- Transformer ovens
- TTR, Megger, and Resistance Bridge test equipment
- Perform brazing, cold welding, and crimping processes.
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, overhead cranes, and pallet jacks.
- Follow production schedules and meet shift output goals.
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety protocols.
- Maintain consistent attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of assembly, manufacturing, electrical/mechanical, or related technical experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and measurement tools.
- Ability to pass a tape measuring test.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hand–eye coordination.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, and nationwide background check.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crawl, and reach throughout the shift.
- Lift 10 lbs regularly, 25 lbs frequently, and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Comfortable working around humidity, airborne particles, mechanical equipment, and moderate noise.
- Ability to use peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjust focus for detailed work.
