MTI Driver
Job Description
We are currently looking for someone to join our team of Drivers. This position hauls Stainless Steel Tank and equipment as well as backhauls nationwide (and Canada). Most of our focus is on specialized, oversize and flatbed freight. Drive some of the newest tractors in the industry. Home weekly with a few exceptions for longer trips. Job Functions: • Drive truck up to 11 hrs/day • Secure loads utilizing chains, straps, tarps, etc. • Assist with assembling/disassembling specialized trailers • Communicate with customer for delivery • Communicate with MTI operations team for all load and equipment updates/issues • Follow all FMCSA driver guidelines • Must be able to transport loads into Canada • Follow and promote MTI Safety Policies and Procedures • Must maintain a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License • The ability to work in a constant state of alertness & safe manner Qualifications: Must have a good driving record and meet all DOT guidelines to gain your CDL. Our Drivers must follow and promote MTI Safety Policies and Procedures.
