Location: Claremore, Oklahoma

Job Summary:
As a SolidWorks Designer, you will play a crucial role in our product development process. Using your expertise in 3D CAD software and CNC programming, you will design and engineer high-quality parts and components that are essential to our innovative product line. Your attention to detail and technical skills will be instrumental in bringing our ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and model parts and products using SolidWorks 3D CAD software
- Program CNC machines to manufacture designed components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet engineering and production requirements
- Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design software, tools, and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Proficient in SolidWorks 3D CAD software
- Experienced in CNC programming and operation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field preferred
Working Conditions:
This position is based in our modern manufacturing facility in California. You will work a standard 40-hour week, with the potential for occasional overtime as needed to meet production deadlines. The work environment involves a mix of office and shop floor duties, with some exposure to machinery and physical labor.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $30 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
