Fabrication Technician – 3rd ShiftSchedule:  3rd Shift ( 3rd shift - Sunday 9PM -5:30AM  Mon - Thursday 7PM -5:30AM  Fridays 9PM - 5:30AM) 
  • Pay: $18.00+
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Fabrication Technician to join our 3rd shift fabrication team. This position works in a heavy industrial environment and is responsible for operating fabrication equipment, reading blueprints, preparing materials, and supporting tank fabrication processes. Candidates must have prior Brake Press and Plasma Table experience to be considered.
Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and Bills of Material (BOM)
  • Safely operate fabrication equipment including:
    • Brake Press
    • Plasma Table
    • Band saw
    • Blast booth
  • Locate, organize, and stage raw materials according to the production schedule
  • Perform tank prep operations, including pressure testing and prepping for paint
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Safely operate overhead crane, forklift, and pallet jack
  • Ensure accuracy of cuts, bends, and material placement
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area
  • Work collaboratively with the fabrication and weld shop team
Qualifications
  • Brake Press experience – required
  • Plasma Table experience – required
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of fabrication, metalworking, or industrial experience
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and BOMs
  • Experience operating industrial equipment in a production setting
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
  • Military experience is a plus

Shift & Work Environment
  • 3rd shift: Sunday through Friday, overnight hours
  • Overtime required
  • Fast-paced industrial fabrication environment
  • PPE required
