Maintenance Tech - 2nd Shift
Job Description
Maintenance tech second shift 2nd shift $20.00 to $25.00 DOE . 5 years’ experience (preferred) Must have experience with PLC Controls.Forklift repair / diesel mechanic experience.Must be familiar with industrial and electrician laws.Strong mechanical, analytical and solution driven skills.Experience in welding processes, Cranes, and automated systems (Paint booth, compressors).Possess strong electrical and mechanical abilities.Strong understanding of PLC controls.Operating, changing over, setting, repairing, mig welders, Sub Arc, power rolls, positioners, manipulators, and wire feeders.Maintain logs, and record labor, materials and equipment used.Utilization of every tool, which may include drills, mechanical saws, etc.Perform routine maintenance on production equipment and perform repair on them when necessary.Wire machines and electrical panels in line with prints.Basic electrical skills including the complete understanding of High and Low voltage.Troubleshooting: Identify a problem and offer logical solution for repair.Read/comprehend blueprints and schematics and use an array of tools and diagnostic devices to services and install electrical components.Proficient in basic controls, push buttons, AC/DC drive, Pendant controls, etc.Overhead crane and Jib Crane repair and troubleshooting experience.Preferred Education/Experience:High School diploma or equivalent or Three years’ experience as an electrician working in an industrial environment.Text 918-372-3084 for details.
