Primary Job Function:
To maintain and repair all plant mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Secondary Job Functions:
To install, modify, and upgrade both new and existing equipment as required.

Job Description:
- Equipment Maintenance and Repair:
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on all mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Installation and Modification:
- Install new equipment and make modifications to existing equipment to meet operational needs.
- Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve issues in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Safety Compliance:
- Ensure that all plant facilities and equipment comply with safety regulations and requirements.
- Preventive Maintenance:
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment as assigned to prevent breakdowns and ensure reliability.
- Parts Management:
- Maintain an adequate inventory of parts required for equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborative Assistance:
- Assist other trades in the repair, installation, and troubleshooting of plant equipment.
- Construction and Pipe-Fitting:
- Perform necessary construction tasks, including pipe-fitting and welding, as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and shop rules.
- Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and hydraulic/pneumatic schematic circuits.
- Competency in pipefitting, layout work, light construction, and welding.
- Temp to Hire $24 to $27 an hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
