Maintenance Team Associate

Job Number: 50535525 Pay Rate: $15.00 / hour

Job Description

Will assist with general maintenance duties - $15/hr
M-F - 5a-1p schedule, some OT on weekends as neededT/W/Th/F - 1p-9p schedule
Essential Job Functions: 
  • Cleans, vacuums, sweeps, mops floors by hand or machine as required 
  • Dusts, cleans all furniture and fixtures as required
  • Washes and disinfect all washroom floors, toilets, toilet seats, countertops and fixtures as required
  • Replenish supplies such as toilet tissue and soap as needed
  • Empty all waste baskets and garbage receptacles as needed
  • Cleans entrances and exits including glass, doors and hardware
  • Cleans and disinfect drinking fountains as needed
  • Cleans walls, doors, hardware and glass as needed
  • Perform and/or report minor maintenance repairs
  • Scrub, buff and wax floors as needed
  • Modify room setups as required
  • Responds to emergency maintenance calls as required.
  • Use best practices in safely lifting, moving heavy furniture, equipment and/or supplies.
  • Use best practices in safe use of power tools and operating equipment.
Qualifications
  • One (1) year experience in custodial, building maintenance or general labor.
  • Must be detailed oriented
