Job Description
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 5am-1pm, Sunday from 9am-5pm
Will assist with general maintenance duties - $15/hrEssential Job Functions:
Will assist with general maintenance duties - $15/hrEssential Job Functions:
- Cleans, vacuums, sweeps, mops floors by hand or machine as required
- Dusts, cleans all furniture and fixtures as required
- Washes and disinfect all washroom floors, toilets, toilet seats, countertops and fixtures as required
- Replenish supplies such as toilet tissue and soap as needed
- Empty all waste baskets and garbage receptacles as needed
- Cleans entrances and exits including glass, doors and hardware
- Cleans and disinfect drinking fountains as needed
- Cleans walls, doors, hardware and glass as needed
- Perform and/or report minor maintenance repairs
- Scrub, buff and wax floors as needed
- Modify room setups as required
- Responds to emergency maintenance calls as required.
- Use best practices in safely lifting, moving heavy furniture, equipment and/or supplies.
- Use best practices in safe use of power tools and operating equipment.
- One (1) year experience in custodial, building maintenance or general labor.
- Must be detailed oriented
- Background check required
- Drug screen required
