Maintenance Technician Class A
Location: Based at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Catoosa, OK

Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Technician Class A, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing the equipment and facilities that support our manufacturing operations. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a variety of manufacturing equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and mechanical systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and machinery, and implement appropriate corrective actions
- Perform routine inspections and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training or vocational certification in a relevant field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance role
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Working Conditions:
This position is based in our manufacturing facility and may require working in a fast-paced, industrial environment. The work can involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A flexible schedule, including the ability to work overtime and on-call as needed, is required.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan contributions, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
