Job Description
Summary/Objective:
The Production Material Handler operates a forklift to supply production lines with materials and ensure proper material flow throughout the facility. Responsibilities include staging parts, maintaining clean work areas, removing waste, rotating stock by production dates, and adhering to safety protocols and procedures.Job Duties:
Production Material Handlers are expected to read and understand the following:
Monday–Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm (with regular overtime, including Saturdays)Compensation:
$19.25 per hour

Production Material Handlers are expected to read and understand the following:
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Job Hazard Analyses
- Shop Floor Orders
- Production Schedules
- Job Aids
- Following procedures to ensure quality production
- Reporting material shortages and suggesting substitutions
- Following and meeting production schedules
- Supplying production lines with appropriate parts and materials
- Reporting issues or quality concerns to supervisors
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Collaborating effectively with team members
- Performing additional duties as assigned
- Certified to operate a forklift
- Safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with working overtime
- Able to lift up to 55 lbs
- Effective communication skills
