Mechanic / Welder – $22–$24/hr (DOE)

? Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
We’re looking for a skilled Mechanic/Welder to join our team! This hands-on role is ideal for someone with shop experience who enjoys working on a variety of custom truck and equipment projects. The ideal candidate will be able to perform basic engine maintenance, install flatbeds, service bodies, toolboxes, and other truck accessories—along with strong welding skills using Flux, MIG, and Stick processes.

We’re looking for a skilled Mechanic/Welder to join our team! This hands-on role is ideal for someone with shop experience who enjoys working on a variety of custom truck and equipment projects. The ideal candidate will be able to perform basic engine maintenance, install flatbeds, service bodies, toolboxes, and other truck accessories—along with strong welding skills using Flux, MIG, and Stick processes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform basic engine and equipment maintenance and repairs.
Install truck bodies, flatbeds, lift gates, toolboxes, and other accessories.
Weld and fabricate parts using Flux, MIG, and Stick welding methods.
Operate hand and power tools, grinders, and cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
Read and interpret blueprints or work orders to ensure accurate installations and modifications.
Inspect finished work for quality, accuracy, and safety compliance.
Maintain clean and organized work areas.
Follow all shop safety protocols and report any equipment or safety concerns.
2+ years of mechanic, fabrication, or welding experience preferred.
Proficient in Flux, MIG, and Stick welding (required).
Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced shop environment.
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Pay: $22.00–$24.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
