Ministry Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Will provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple ministry areas within a Tulsa church.Scheduling appointments and managing calendars, preparing ministry materials and resources, screening and rouing phone calls.
Coordinating room reservations for ministry events and meetings, ordering curriculum selection and monitoring ministry budgets.
Will work closely with internal departments to ensure ministry goals are achieved and that programs run smoothly.
Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred2 or more years of experience previously in a ministry settingProficiency in Microsoft Office
Maintain confidentiality in all circumstances
Safety sensitive role, full-time hours Monday thru Friday or Sunday thru Thursday
$18-$20/hr range DOE
