Night Shift Machine Operator B
Job Description
? $15.00/hr to startPosition OverviewWe are hiring a Machine Operator to support overnight manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring quality, and maintaining safe and efficient workflow in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates will train on day shift before transitioning to nights.Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery according to work instructions and safety standards
- Monitor machine performance and material flow during production runs
- Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers as required
- Inspect parts during production to ensure quality and accuracy
- Use basic measuring tools or visual checks to verify specifications
- Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance
- Identify and report equipment issues or defects promptly
- Maintain accurate production and downtime documentation
- Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift materials as needed and work in an industrial environment
- Forklift or manufacturing certifications are a plus, but not required
? Monday – Wednesday | 6:30 AM – 7:00 PMNight Shift (B Shift):
? Sunday – Tuesday | 6:30 PM – 7:00 AMWork Environment
- Manufacturing/production facility
- Exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
