Job Summary:As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our customer service and administrative operations. You will be responsible for a variety of clerical and office tasks, ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day business.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, processing orders, and addressing customer concerns- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document management- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination- Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
Qualifications:- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)- Strong customer service and communication skills- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately- High school diploma or equivalent
Working Conditions:This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire position. The work environment is a clean, climate-controlled office setting. Some occasional light physical work, such as lifting and moving supplies, may be required.
Compensation and Benefits:- $17 per hour
